The knot board, made together with filmmaker Marcel IJzerman, displays my favorite knots using early Kumihimo tests by the SUSAN BIJL design team and the factory. It will be on display for a limited time at the Susan Bijl store—Nieuwe Binnenweg 94, Rotterdam

Kumihimo is an ancient Japanese technique of braiding threads into patterned ropes. Traditionally done by hand using a marudai stand—a stool-like frame with a hole in the middle. 

Now, the Kumihimo Strap and Key Chain from Susan Bijl are available both in-store and online 🔑 in three color combinations, sold separately or paired with the Reverb Bum Bag.
